Relieving Essential Oil Blend

Lavender - Jasmine - Peppermint - Rosemary

Researchers in a 2015 study found that lavender essential oil can be an effective pain reliever and anti-inflammatory. When diluted lavender essential oil was applied topically during one test, it provided pain relief comparable to that of the prescription medication tramadol.

In herbal medicine, the use of rosemary is used as a mild pain reliever. It has also been studied as a non-pharmaceutical adjunct to pain management.

In a 2019 study comparing the effects of peppermint oil and lidocaine drops for migraine attacks, researchers found that headache intensity decreased in 40% of patients receiving either drop. Peppermint oil droplets, when applied inside the nose at an angle, were shown to reduce headache frequency and pain, much like lidocaine.

Jasmine oil has many incredible benefits for the body, including its ability to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, reduce stress, and ease muscle pain. It is often used as an ingredient in massage oils because of its calming scent and soothing properties.
